Anupama 12th August 2026 Written Update – Will Prem Forgive Anupama?
The 12th August 2026 episode begins with Prem avoiding Rahi. Leela asks Prem if he ate sour nuts. Prem says no. Leela asks Prem to smile, and Anupama signals her. Anupama further hugs Rahi. Mahi thinks she is a stranger, so why would she get love? She says she doesn’t want Anupama’s love. Anupama tells Rahi that she hopes in the next 24 days they get their family happiness back. Khyati asks Ansh to call Sujata and make Pransi sleep.
Anupama gets emotional, and Digvijay makes her smile. Vasundhara prepares for the veneration. She sees Digvijay and says the veneration is for the family, and no outsider can take part in it. Gautam says Digvijay is Anupama’s family. Anupama asks Gautam to stay away from the veneration, as he is an outsider to both the families. She lectures that devotion is the same for everyone. Vasundhara says they reunited for the next 24 hours, and after that everything will end once the veneration is over.
The Kotharis and the Shahs pray for Pransi. Prem removes the family photo from the wall and shocks Anupama. Gautam records both the families praying together. Leela sends Mahi to bring something, and Gautam goes behind her. He taunts Mahi for being nowhere and instigates her, saying the Shahs will never accept her. He asks Mahi if they can’t come together. Anupama sees Gautam manipulating Mahi. Gautam asks Mahi to return and get back everything she lost, saying Mahi is a stranger to the Shahs, especially Anupama.
Mahi gives a befitting reply to Gautam. She says Gautam can’t fool her a second time. Mahi says Gautam is concerned because of Pransi, and Pransi deserves to be with Ansh and Prerna. She adds that she is angry with Anupama, but she is not emotionally weak enough to be manipulated by Gautam again.
Anupama worries that Mahi might get manipulated by Gautam again and ruin her life. She asks Digvijay to talk to Mahi. Digvijay asks Mahi about Gautam, but Mahi avoids him. Digvijay warns Gautam to stay away from the Shahs and Anupama. Gautam asks Digvijay if Hasmuk has made him his son-in-law, getting hyper. Digvijay warns Gautam. Gautam is happy to create the video and send it to the makers for chaos.
The priest asks both the families to take care of the flame. Ahead, Anupama and Prem face the backlash. The media questions Anupama and Prem for deceiving viewers, asking Prem if he is faking animosity with Anupama for the competition. The media person also asks about the two preaching together. Shruti and Gautam are happy that their plan is working.
The media keeps questioning Anupama and Prem. Gautam interrupts them, and Mahi wonders why Gautam wants to become a hero. The media people bombard Anupama and Prem with questions. The show organizer interrupts and clears that both the teams are not together and have reunited only to perform a task for the competition. Another man tells them they can’t disclose much about the upcoming task, and clears that Anupama and Prem have reunited for the task.
Anupama tries to clear to the organizers that they have reunited for Pransi. Prem asks the organizers if they should send back the media since they have talked about the competition. Both the organizers tell them the damage is done and they will control it. Both the teams are shocked to learn that the organizers want to use the next 24 hours for the competition too.
Anupama tries to lecture, but the organizer says Anupama and Prem have breached the contract, and they can eliminate both the teams and take action. He further tells them that they will install cameras in the house except in the bedrooms. The organizer explains the task and says two people will work in a pair, in which one will give orders and the other will have to follow them.

Our Take:
Anupama has turned into Bigg Boss. The never-ending competition track is getting more boring day by day. Can the creatives just end this competition track and bring freshness to the story? It is too boring to watch the same storyline for months. End the cooking competition, make Anupama the winner, and let her build her own house.
