The episode begins with Vikash sensing that AV is hiding something very important from everyone. He directly questions AV and tries to find out what secret he is keeping. AV, however, refuses to reveal the truth and tells Vikash that he cannot disclose the hidden secret. He admits that he is helpless and there are certain facts that he simply cannot tell anyone. Vikash becomes increasingly suspicious of AV behaviour and wonders what could be so serious that AV is going to such lengths to hide it.
Meanwhile, Timsi asks Madhavi to do exactly as she says, but Madhavi refuses to blindly follow her instructions. Timsi, however, remains determined to execute her plan and takes Madhavi to Mitali house. She instructs Madhavi to keep an eye on the door while she enters the house. Timsi then damages Mitali cosmetics as part of her plan to teach Mitali a lesson. Madhavi keeps warning Timsi to hurry because they could get caught at any moment. Suddenly, Madhavi notices someone approaching and immediately alerts Timsi, forcing the two of them to quickly hide.
Mitali soon returns home and notices that her face-mask bottle has been left open. Without suspecting anything, she begins her skincare routine. However, the moment she applies the product to her face, she starts experiencing a severe burning sensation. Mitali becomes restless and realises that something is wrong with the product. Hidden under the bed, Timsi enjoys watching Mitali suffer, while Madhavi becomes nervous and asks Timsi what exactly she has mixed into the product. Timsi tells Madhavi to simply enjoy the moment, while Mitali realises that someone must have tampered with her skincare product.
Mitali starts searching around the room to find the culprit. She eventually moves towards the bed and is about to check underneath it when someone suddenly knocks on the door. Timsi and Madhavi take advantage of the opportunity and quickly escape. Madhavi then learns that Timsi had mixed some powder into Mitali product, but neither of them realises that Dev has arrived at Mitali house. Mitali opens the door and is surprised to see Dev. She asks him why he has come there and tries to hide her damaged face from him.
Dev tells Mitali that he is in a huge problem because of her and becomes emotional. Mitali assures Dev that he will not go anywhere, but she remains more worried about the burning sensation on her face. Dev, meanwhile, appears to be more concerned about his own situation. The incident leaves Mitali struggling to understand exactly what has happened, while Timsi and Madhavi manage to escape without being caught.
Elsewhere, Saloni asks Aarav to go to sleep, but Aarav reveals that he wants to become a musician. Saloni tells him that they will discuss his career decision the next day.
