The episode begins with Karthik proudly introducing AV to his clients. The clients are extremely impressed by AV talent and reveal that their families are huge fans of him. Karthik invites everyone to the dining table, where the discussion soon turns towards AV popularity and his connection with Jamshedpur. The clients point out that although AV has never performed in Jamshedpur, he has still managed to become the brand ambassador of a company there. Karthik gives the entire credit to his marketing team for successfully bringing AV on board for their campaign, while Hemant also agrees that the marketing team deserves appreciation for their efforts.

One of the clients then asks Karthik about the rumours of AV leaving the campaign. Karthik immediately denies the rumours and assures them that everything is perfectly fine. The client praises their marketing strategy and calls it extremely effective. Noina, however, gives the credit to the finance department for making the campaign successful, which leads to Hemal arguing with her as he refuses to change his opinion. The discussion is soon interrupted by the cheerful chatter of Supriya.

Hemant is surprised when he sees Vrinda arriving with her family. Mitali immediately starts making insulting remarks about Vrinda and her family in front of the clients. Her behaviour crosses the limit, and everyone asks her to stop. Even Karthik firmly tells Mitali to shut up and reminds her that this is a public place where everyone has the right to come. Instead of allowing Mitali to create more embarrassment, Karthik warmly invites Vrinda to join them and introduces her to his clients.

To everyone surprise, Karthik gives the entire credit for the campaign ideas to Vrinda. The clients are impressed by Vrinda contribution and appreciate her ideas. Vrinda humbly apologises for interrupting their meeting, but Karthik assures her that everything is going perfectly and asks her to relax and enjoy herself. His public praise for Vrinda clearly leaves Mitali uncomfortable and jealous.

Soon, Vrinda payal accidentally falls off, and Karthik notices it. He immediately goes after her and returns the payal to her. His thoughtful gesture makes Madhvi realise that Karthik may not be the bad person they had assumed him to be. Akshay also admits that they might have misunderstood Karthik and judged him unfairly. Meanwhile, Mitali watches everything with jealousy and becomes increasingly irritated by the attention Karthik is giving Vrinda.

AV also notices that Mitali seems to be planning something. His suspicion soon proves right when Mitali deliberately spills a glass of juice on Vrinda saree. Vrinda goes to the washroom to clean her saree, unaware that Mitali is about to follow her. Mitali apologises for spilling the juice, but her apology is filled with humiliation and sarcasm.

Mitali taunts Vrinda for being a second-hand user of everything and then makes personal comments about her appearance. She tells Vrinda that she is surprised Karthik likes her and mocks her by saying that she looks like an older woman. Mitali further tells Vrinda that although she is still young, she should look like a college student. She then points out that Vrinda skin is ageing and boasts about how carefully she takes care of herself.

Timsi arrives and refuses to tolerate Mitali insults. She calls Mitali a loser who is suffering from an inferiority complex. Mitali questions Timsi manners and reminds her that she is speaking to her parent, but Timsi reminds Mitali that she was the one who had abandoned her. Munni tries to stop Timsi from speaking so harshly to Mitali, but Mitali refuses to accept Munni support. Timsi then accuses Mitali of being selfish and tells Munni that Mitali will never change herself.

Mitali turns her anger towards Munni and humiliates her by reminding everyone that she was once a maid. Munni, however, refuses to feel ashamed of her past. She proudly tells Mitali that she has achieved everything in her life through her own efforts and has no reason to feel inferior to anyone. Munni gives Mitali a fitting reply by saying that her thinking is the real thing that is down market. Vrinda also steps in and tells Mitali that instead of pointing fingers at others, she should first look at her own faults.

Meanwhile, Aarav expresses his desire to sit with AV, and Saloni allows him to join him. Aarav meets AV, and the clients instantly become fond of the sweet child. Dev proudly introduces Aarav as his son and tells the clients that Aarav has already started showing an interest in business. However, Aarav surprises everyone when he reveals that he wants to become a musician.

Dev is clearly disappointed because he dreams of seeing Aarav become a businessman. The situation starts turning into an argument, but Karthik intervenes and stops things from escalating. The clients then discuss their upcoming campaign in Mumbai and suggest that someone should be sent there to handle the project. Hemant suggests that Dev should go to Mumbai, but just then Vrinda leaves with her family.

Karthik and AV both continue looking towards Vrinda, making it clear that her presence has affected them deeply. Later, Dev performs yoga while Saloni notices that he seems stressed and tells him that his acidity might be getting worse because of the tension. Dev admits that Aarav is the reason behind his stress. He wants Aarav to become a successful businessman, but Aarav dream of becoming a musician worries him.

Dev also reveals that Hemant wants him to go to Mumbai for the campaign, but he is unsure about leaving everything behind. Dev eventually suggests that Vrinda should be sent to Mumbai instead. He praises her hard work and believes that she can handle the responsibility on her own. Hemant, however, reminds Dev that Vrinda is needed here as well.

Dev insists that Vrinda is capable enough to make her mark in Mumbai, but Vrinda tells Dev that instead of worrying about her, he should first learn how to properly run a business. Hemant agrees with Vrinda and tells Dev that this opportunity should not be wasted. He suggests that Dev should consider setting up the company in Mumbai because the situation could turn into a major opportunity for them.

Elsewhere, Munni asks Timsi where she is going. Timsi reveals that she is taking Madhavi out for a walk. Munni advises her not to walk too far, while Madhavi remains curious about what Timsi is planning next. At the same time, Vikash informs Angad that he is continuously receiving calls from the clients. Angad tells Vikash to handle the calls himself, leaving him to deal with the situation alone.

The episode ends with several relationships becoming complicated. Mitali jealousy towards Vrinda is clearly growing, while Karthik and AV both seem affected by Vrinda presence. Dev is worried about Aarav future, and the Mumbai opportunity could soon change the course of everyone lives.

Precap: Vrinda confronts AV with his mask and expresses her disappointment in him. Meanwhile, Karthik is left heartbroken and turns completely Devdas after the latest developments.
