Anupama 6th August 2026 Written Update: Today’s episode begins with Anupama saying that kids use the word “trauma” casually without knowing what it truly means. She gives Mahi an earful for her behaviour. Hasmuk points out that Rahi and Prem are their kids too, so Mahi could play from either team — but she should have told them beforehand. Mahi shrugs it off, saying what is done is done.
