The episode began with Gautam getting ready while Tulsi questioned him about his plans. She asked why he supported Sahil by giving him money to work with Tripti despite knowing what Tripti was capable of. Gautam explained that Tripti was married now, so there should not be any problem with Sahil working alongside her. He reminded Tulsi that Karan himself was collaborating with Tripti as well. Tulsi insisted that as a family member, it was his responsibility to protect everyone. She felt they were all being trapped in Tripti schemes, leaving her in a difficult position.
Meanwhile, Karan was overjoyed when Samaira agreed to marry. He decided to arrange the engagement immediately. Nandini questioned his haste and offered to handle the arrangements, but Karan had already made up his mind. Tulsi was shocked when she learned about the engagement. Nandini told her that both Karan and Samaira were ready, and the groom family had agreed. Tulsi suggested Nandini speak to Samaira personally, but Nandini assured her that Samaira never hid anything from her.
Rounak then told Nandini he agreed with Dadi and believed she should question Samaira because she might be having an affair. He showed Nandini a photograph as proof and threatened to show it to Karan. Nandini stopped him, insisting she wanted to speak to Samaira first. Rounak was determined to expose the truth. Nandini desperately tried to control the situation while Tulsi worried about what might happen next.
Rounak eventually showed the photograph to Karan, claiming Samaira was having an affair with Sid. Karan was furious and told Rounak he should be ashamed of talking about his own sister this way. Rounak remained convinced he had discovered the truth. Karan called out to Samaira. Nandini asked him to remain calm and speak politely. When Samaira arrived, Karan demanded an honest answer. He reminded her that he had contacted the groom family only after receiving her consent and then questioned what she had been doing with Sid.
Karan showed Samaira the photograph and angrily asked about the boy. He wanted to know how he was supposed to face his friend after learning about this. Rounak told Karan that Samaira was about to leave the house and accused her of crossing all limits. Tulsi tried to intervene, asking Karan to talk calmly, but Karan told Tulsi to stay out of his family matters. He appreciated Rounak for bringing the photograph and again questioned Samaira about Sid.
Samaira quickly realized that Rounak had shown a photograph of someone else. She managed to save herself because Sid was not visible in the picture and his identity remained hidden. Samaira explained that Siddhant was only her friend. Karan, however, felt Samaira had hidden the truth from the family. He ordered her to forget Sid and announced that the engagement would take place as soon as possible. Nandini told Samaira that she should have shared everything with her. Samaira, furious with Rounak, called him a shameless brother.
Later, Sid learned from Samaira that the matter had almost been exposed. He felt relieved that his identity had not been revealed. Sid then told Samaira that he wanted to stop her engagement with Parag. Tripti met Samaira and learned everything that happened. Sid told Tripti that they should reveal the truth to Karan, but Tripti refused. She told Sid that she knew the Virani family very well and assured him that she would stop the engagement herself.
Sid sarcastically wondered whether Tripti had some kind of magic to stop the engagement. Tripti remained confident and told him to wait and watch her magic. Back at home, Karan told Nandini they needed to arrange the engagement quickly. Nandini reminded him that he should first ask Samaira what she wanted.
Tulsi once again intervened and asked Karan not to yell at everyone. She told him this was her family too and that this was not the first time something like this had happened. Tulsi asked Karan to talk to her instead of shouting at the children. She told him that he had become too strict with his children, which was why they were afraid to express their feelings in front of him. Tulsi called Karan a judge and a jailer for constantly passing judgments on everyone.
Karan refused to listen to Tulsi lecture and told her that he did not want to hear anything from her. Tulsi asked him not to rush into making such a big decision and lovingly called him beta. Karan grew even more furious and told Tulsi not to call him beta. He reminded her that he was only Mihir Virani son. Karan then asked Tulsi to stay away from his family and delivered a shocking accusation, saying that he did not want to learn anything from a murderer.
Karan walked away to confront Siddhant, leaving Nandini terrified about what could happen next.
